Prices quoted are initially USD. Charges will be made in Australian dollars and date of actual charge will determine conversion rate used.

Worldly People will never sell, distribute or share any users private information.From time to time Worldly People may contact users via email to promote website specials, news and competitions unless requested not to do so.

Information about Lost In Australia Bookings

  • Unless otherwise advised in writing, worldlypeople.org is the co-ordinator of the services to be provided and acts only as an agent between the passenger and the principal supplier, thus lostinaustralia.org do not hold any liability for actions of either the supplier or the passenger.
  • Once a booking is confirmed you must print out the information provided and present it to the supplier of the service on arrival/check in.
  • Due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather and/or availability, tours itineraries are subject to change without notice. For more information please contact us at info@worldlypeople.org
  • Lostinaustralia.org reserves the right to end any specials or promotions without notice.
  • Dates shown on tour calendars represent scheduled departures only and are not gauranteed

Billings, cancellations and transactions

All transactions are processed under Lost In Australia / Worldly People and the corresponding tour operator. All Transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars unless specified otherwise at the time of their booking. Please note that a levy of up to 2.35% may be applied to all purchases made by credit card.

Worldly People is a booking agent for various tour operators located around the world. As such, we sometimes only charge deposit amounts with the balance being charged by the primary tour operator. In this scenario customer credit card details may be transferred to the primary tour operator for payment of the booking and/or security on the booking itself.

By booking tours through worldlypeople.org, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • worldlypeople.org sells products from an inventory supplied by each supplier, and does not oversell that inventory. lostinaustralia.org does not accept any liability for unavailability of product caused by the supplier over-selling their own inventory.
  • worldlypeople.org makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its web site is accurate, but lostinaustralia.orgcannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from faults or errors. 
  • worldlypeople.org does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
  • worldlypeople.org does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its web site or for any products or services purchased from its web site.
  • worldlypeople.org makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its web site.
  • There is no refund for late pick up or early departure from products booked.
  • Passengers must ring and reconfirm their tours at least 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Passengers who do not supply a pick up location will be given a default pick up location and time. It is thier responsibility to change this direct with the operator.
  • worldlypeople.org does not take responsibility for any problems arising as a result from passengers failing to reconfirm their tour outside of 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Most suppliers have their own cancellation policy. This policy is available to be viewed prior to booking upon request. Cancellation of any booking at anytime made through worldlypeople.org will incur a 30% cancellation fee ( except for tours in Bali ) as well as the cancellation fee detailed in the operators cancellation policy.

Please note that tours will have different cancellation policies but in general, cancellations within 7 days and all no-shows are nonrefundable. Additionally, partial penalties may apply to cancel at any time after confirmation. Please ask at time of booking.

worldlypeople.org is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, damage to or loss of baggage or property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, upset or frustration arising from:

  • The act of omission of any party
  • Mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather or any factors beyond the controls of worldlypeople.org
  • The passenger's failure to obtain any necessary documentation
  • The passenger's failure to follow any instructions including, but not limited to, those regarding check-in, check-out, baggage handling
  • The cancellation or alteration for any reason of the travel service offered
  • Any physical disabilities and any medical or health related problems experienced by the passenger.
  • Any uncontrollable circumstances i.e weather

Discount Any Tour offer

This promotion is subject to the following:

  • Discounts are given out to enquirers and can be up to 15% of the original tour price set by the operator
  • This offer is not in conjunction with other discounts or special offers made my Worldly People or the original operator
  • Worldly People reserves the right to refuse any request for discounts
  • Worldly People reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a discount given at anytime.
